The programme diary will be fully managed by us and we will engage in frequent communication year-round so that you are reminded of our pre-arranged visits, which of course can be arranged at your convenience to suit any particular special event or needs. As part of the contract we are also able to visit on an ad hoc basis should anything come up unexpectedly that needs attention, for example, storm damage to trees or fences.
